Dr. Alexander (Sandy) Ardrey - Founder and President-Emeritus
Dr. Ardrey held four pastorates on the New England District during 25 years of local church ministry. He served in many areas of leadership in the denomination. In 1974, he was appointed as a District Superintendent, where he serve for twelve years. While in Canada he served as the chairman of the Executive Board of his denomination. Dr. Ardrey founded Dare-to-Care Ministries in a local church setting that resulted in phenomenal outreach and growth. His passion is to share the tools and resources with local churches and leaders to involve the church body in ministry, reach out to the lost and effectively close the back door to losses. We are grateful to Dr. Ardrey for his many years of service, love and support for this ministry.
Dr. Don Ardrey - President
After serving for many years as Youth Pastor and Senior Pastor, Don was asked to serve as Executive Director of Dare-To-Care Ministries. During that time, he helped write curriculum, resources and work with local churches. During these five years, he traveled 40 weekends and over 100.000 miles annually to present training seminars to local churches and pastor's gatherings. He is currently serving as Senior Pastor at First Church of the Nazarene in San Angelo, TX, where Dare-To-Care has had an amazing impact in growth and lay involvement. Don still presents two weekends per year at local churches.

Rev. Don Dixon - Mideast / Kentucky Area Representative
Rev. Dixon had been a 20-year Air Force Veteran, having served in Vietnam when God called him to ministry. He has been a pastor for 30 years. He utilized the Dare-To-Care plan of outreach and discipleship with great success at his last two pastorates. Rob Hawkins - Midwest / Cincinnati Area Representative
Rob has been the enthusiastic director of Dare-To-Care for the Amelia, OH Church of the Nazarene for the past three years. He is a Cincinnati firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician. He also is a children's Sunday School teacher, has worked with teens. Rob loves people and is our Representative for the Cincinnati Area. Rev. Jerry Kennedy - Northwest Representative
Rev. Kennedy has been a pastor since 1971 and is currently the Sr. Pastor of Foothills Community Church - an exciting Dare-To-Care Team Church in Spokane, WA. Jerry is a dynamic communicator, loves people, and has been instrumental in helping a number of churches launch Dare-To-Care on the West Coast. Rev. Dan McNutt - East Coast Representative
Rev. McNutt is an exceptional pastor and "people-person." Dan has 20 years of pastoral experience and has served with New Tribes Mission. He is the Senior Pastor of Boothbay Baptist Church - an exciting Dare-to-Care church in Boothbay, Maine and has been instrumental in establishing Dare-to-Care churches along the east coast. Steve Roscoe - Midwest Area Representative
Steve is a seasoned veteran of Dare-To-Care, serving in Home-Care for a number of years. He has people on his heart and loves to share the way that Dare-To-Care reached out to him and his family.
